Notes:
1) If two oxygen concentrations of 0% and 30% are used for calibration, the accuracy of the full scale is ±1% when the range is from 0 to 30% of the oxygen content.
2) In order to meet the response speed in the specification table, the sensor should be used under the condition that the air exchange rate is greater than 200～300ml/min.
3) Life expectancy in normal air (1013 hPa / 21%O2) at 20˚C refers to the period during which the sensor output value drops to 70% of the initial value.
